Junior Account Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

Generate business opportunities and position our portfolio with new and existing customers
Establish and maintain up long-term relationships with customers and increase customer satisfaction
Manage the complete sales cycle (including presentation, evaluation, contract negotiation and close, delivery, installation, and after-sale support) together with the management
Monitor and analyze the market and competition
Responsible for maintaining the in-house CRM system, website and social media profiles

Qualifications

High technical affinity and enthusiasm for complex topics
First sales experience
Communication skills and fun with direct customer contact
Negotiation and presentation skills
Analytical and strategic thinking
Fluent in English, German is a plus
A high degree of autonomy and self-motivation
Willingness to travel occasionally
